What is a Woman of Refined Distinction?

As a Woman of Refined Distinction – WORD, we understand that our purpose is to equip women for life, ministry, and missions. We further understand the importance of every woman, regardless of generational difference, in knowing that she is fearfully and wonderfully made. WORD is committed to uplifting, empowering, and encouraging one another. We are not perfect. We are not blemish-free. We are not burden-free. We are not tireless. We are not fearless.

We are simply women who are going through the refinement process of life and the Word of God is what makes us distinct in how we go through this process. No, we are not perfect, but we serve a perfect God. No, we are not blemish-free, but the blood of Jesus covers our flaws. No, we are not burden-free or tireless, but we have a heavenly Father in whom we can find refuge and rest. No, we are not fearless, but we do fear the Lord with awe.

To be a Woman of Refined Distinction, is to be a woman of God’s Word!
